If you are not satisfied with the results of our detailing services, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. 2. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not performed as described or agreed upon.

  • There was damage to your vehicle caused directly by our staff during the detailing process.

  • Services were paid for but not rendered due to cancellation by Mobile Detailing US.

3. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Dissatisfaction due to issues outside our control, such as pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects.

  • Services not completed due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment (see cancellation policy for details).

4. Refund Request Process To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue, along with photos if applicable.

  3. Allow us up to 7 business days to investigate and respond to your request.

5. Resolution Options Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A complimentary re-service to address the issue.

  • A credit towards future services.

6. Payment Method for Refunds Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

7. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the actual amount.
